Join us in Black Park for a special spooky halloween session. Create magic spells and potions in the mud kitchen, find bones in the sand pit and make your own ghosts, skeletons, spiders and more! Finish off by relaxing next to a warm fire for some toasted marshmallows. We will go ahead in most weathers so please bring suitable clothing and expect to get a little messy!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Suitable for children aged 2-4. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Black Park has a Pay and Display Public Car Park located off Black Park Road (SL3 6DS). Car parking charges will always apply unless specifically stated, you can check charges on our website.

There is a short walk from the car park to the Visitor Centre - head to the lake and walk anticlockwise around the lake towards the Lakeside Cafe, there will be 'event' signs to follow. The Visitor Centre is located down a few steps off the lake just before you reach the cafe.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring drinks and any snacks required for the duration of the event. Please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear - the woodlands can be very muddy and uneven.

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or show your eticket on your mobile phone on arrival.
