Our South Downs Suite can seat up to 100 for a conference or a dinner, and has private gardens and its own bar.

We have 12 bedrooms, 5 Superior rooms and 7 comfort doubles. There are some good quality bed and breakfasts locally, but we are ideally suited to large 1 day conferences or smaller 2 day strategic meetings.

Food is our speciality! All our food is locally sourced and created by the team of chefs behind our AA Rosette TERRA Restaurant, so it tastes great. You can choose from a working lunch, 2 course private dining, 3 course fine dining or our 5 or 7 course Tasting Menu, whatever suits the occasion.

Of course, our South Downs Suite has an 80" Flat screen TV and our Inglenook has a 55" Flat Screen TV.

Yes, we have 1GB Leased line providing Wifi across 15 access points indoors and outdoors across the site, we've got you covered for your emails and streaming needs.
