Registration is £6 for the whole 4 week programme. There is no discount if you sign up after the programme has commenced.

Whilst we don't require you to be signed off by your GP, we recommend waiting until you are pain free, and asymptomatic of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) during impact (e.g. jumping / running) before signing up to the programme.

You'll need a bottle of water. You will also need a mouth guard for the tackle introduction elements. These can be bought for a few pounds in most sports shops.

Wear comfortable sports kit and bring a warm layer for after training. Football/rugby boots are ideal but if you don't have these, you can wear trainers.

Yes, we have lots of parking at the club. There is also an EV charge at the hotel next to the clubhouse.

Yes, we have women's only changing and toilet facilities with showers.

No! We welcome total beginners as well as returning players.
