About this event

Join Matt and Freyja for a tour of their low-impact, off-grid smallholding, currently in the process of being built. A 4-acre site recently planted with coppice, hedges, orchards, a food forest, and in the process of establishing infrastructure to support a 100% off-grid family home. Organised by Matt & Freyja Dunn

Getting here:

Take Bus 69 (which will be free on September 6th!) to the stop immediately outside the site (stop name ‘The Old Station’, near Tintern). Cross the main road and take the track for Kingstone Brewery, Dôl-Wen is immediately on the right - look for the wooden gate. If you’re driving, there is a car park at The Old Station. Postcode: NP16 7NX.

Note there is no running water, no toilet, no shelter and no shade, so please come prepared for the weather. There are toilets and a café at The Old Station.

Free to attend and organised as part of the Climate Day of Action on 6th September with the Wye Valley National Landscape. A full list of events taking place is available here: Day of Action | Herefordshire Wildlife Trust
