Join us for a personal guided tour of the Hall estate in Bradford-on-Avon where you will visit the magnificent Jacobean house and grounds and hear the story of the Moulton family who bought the estate in 1848 and brought vulcanised rubber to Europe. Hear about the life and achievements of its last resident, Dr Alex Moulton a pioneering engineer who created the Moulton bicycle.

Please note that The Hall is a Grade 1 listed building and has many internal steps. There is currently no step-free access.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be used for charitable purposes only.

Tours are with a maximum of 10 people. Tours take between 1.5 hours - 2 hours.

Ticket prices are £15 per person plus a booking fee which is charged by Eventbrite.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Other than school groups, the minimum age is 12 years old.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is very limited at The Hall. For disabled parking, please contact us to book a place.

Entrance to The Hall is via the main gate (with the 2 stone eagles) on Holt Road - near the Woolley Street junction (for pedestrians, bicycles and booked parking only)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please!

What happens if a tour is rescheduled?

In exceptional circumstances a tour may need to be rescheduled, in the unlikely event that this is necessary, you will be offered alternative date options.
