Baby Loss charity 'Towards Tomorrow Together' are now offering a regular online Baby-Loss Support Group via Zoom.

This is an inclusive group. We welcome people affected by the loss of a baby for any reason at any time during pregnancy, birth, or as an infant. The group is open to carrying and non carrying parents and partners, as well as grandparents. We welcome people from all cultures, and give consideration to additional needs reducing barriers.

The group will be facilitated by trained & experienced trustees and volunteer members of the charity's team and will aim to provide & encourage ongoing peer support for the baby loss community within the safe container of a confidential online group.

Please contact us either via our Facebook page @TowardsTomorrowTogether, or email cathy.towardstomorrow@gmail.com for the Registration Form, once you have completed & returned this we will send the Zoom link. Or you can copy and paste this link into your web browser to complete the registration form https://form.jotformeu.com/211655156958364

As a mark of respect and confidentiality we deliberately do not give out the Zoom link publicly, so that we can make contact with potential attendees and via the registration form we can get to know a little of their loss story in advance of the session.

Organiser Towards Tomorrow Together - UK baby loss charity

Organiser of Towards Tomorrow Together Online Baby-Loss Support Group via Zoom

Providing services to families who lose a baby, and the hospitals who care for them. Charity No: 1151022.

Towards-Tomorrow (Together) plays an important role in supporting parents after the loss of a baby or child, at any age (up to 18) or stage of pregnancy. The support provided comes at key times. Cold cots, and the carefully considered and selected items in the memory packs are provided immediately following the loss of a baby/young child. These help to ease the stress on the parents a little by ensuring that they can spend as much time as they wish to with their child, and providing some items which help them to create a lifetime of memories in the short time available to them. It is felt that time spent with the baby, acknowledging the value of that little life can reduce the impact of the symptoms of grief.

Towards-Tomorrow (Together) recognise that parents who have lost a baby or child can benefit from different forms of emotional support at different times following the loss. Often all that is available is time limited counselling sessions. A fund is available for parents to apply to for a contribution towards the cost of private emotional support. This may take a variety of different formats.
