This drop-in session will be open to the public, enabling residents, businesses and visitors in the Cavell Street area to directly speak to project managers and designers and get across any questions or ideas they have regarding the project.

We intend to ensure the session is catered to the audience and topical discussions will be held in 'breakout rooms' to which participants will be allocated to.

However, depending on the number of people in attendance this feature may not be utilized - and instead discussed in one group.

Due to limitations posed by Covid-19 , this event will be held online via Microsoft Teams. Links will be sent out to participants to 24hrs before the drop-in session commences.

Once you join the meeting you will be placed in the 'lobby' and will be admitted into the meeting once it commences.
