Tower Hamlets Prestons Road online consultation event

This drop-in session will be open to the public, enabling Prestons Road residents, businesses and visitors to directly speak to project managers and designers and get across any questions or ideas they have regarding the project.

We intend to ensure the session is catered to the audience and topical discussions will be held in 'breakout rooms' to which participants will be allocated to.

However, depending on the number of people in attendance this feature may not be utilized - and instead discussed in one group.

How to join:

Due to limitations posed by Covid-19 , this event will be held online via Microsoft Teams. Links will be sent out to participants to 24hrs before the drop-in session commences.

Once you join the meeting you will be placed in the 'lobby' and will be admitted into the meeting once it commences.

Time:

There are two scheduled online consultation events. The meetings are scheduled for Wednesday 19 May 2021 at:

2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm

Please ensure you join in the meeting at least 5 minutes earlier. Any technical difficulties and issues may prolong the session - however, you are free to join and leave whenever you want.
