Tower Museum Abseil 2021!

About this event

Join us as we challenge you to conquer one of Derry/Londonderry's most iconic buildings, The Tower Museum!

This is a great adventure, to face your fears and raise funds to support local people.

Face your fears and help #TakeActionOnMentalHealth

Registration fee of £30 and a minimum sponsorship of £100 is required per participant.

£2.63 is the administration fee charged by Eventbrite for the use of their platform

Abseil time slots to be confirmed closer to the date.

To safe guard participants and staff it is vital that each participant wears leather/ pleather or suede gloves, failure to do so will result in the individual not being able to participate.

Specific Covid risk assessment will follow.

Participants will be grouped in 5s-10s (depending on regulations) . Time slots will be communicated closer to the day of the event. .

Age limit is over 12 years. With regards to weight restrictions, our equipment is rated to cover someone with 16” – 49” waist therefore if the participant fits into these parameters then they are welcome to participate, if they do not then unfortunately they cannot participate.

Action Mental Health is a local charity based in Northern Ireland.

AMH changes the lives of those living with mental ill health and promotes resilience and well-being to future generations.

Services are located across Northern Ireland and include recovery based services for adults living with mental ill-health and resilience building services for schools, community groups and workplaces.
