This intensive all day training program covers the fundamentals of toy brand management, including:

  • How to manage & extend toy brand portfolios.
  • Marketing strategy. How to approach marketing, how to get the best value from each form of media.
  • Marketing execution - detailed look at how to effectively utilise each media including TV advertising, online reviews (inc. mums blogs & review sites), social media etc.
  • Consumer research - understanding the target consumer.
  • Evaluating marketing spend - metrics & measurement.


The format of the day is informal and interactive with a combination of presented content and interactive exercises covering all the fundamentals and basics needed to be a successful toy marketer/brand or product manager.
