  Two glorious days of eccentric steampunk madness:

Saturday 23rd February 2019 from 11:00 AM (GMT) - Late 

Sunday 24th February 2019 from 11:00 AM (GMT) - Late

 There are two market locations at the Convivial:

• The Upstairs Market, at The Station, Sat 23rd February 2019
• The Downstairs Market, at The Station, Sat 23rd and Sun 24th February 2019

THE UPSTAIRS MARKET

 Location: The Function Hall - The Station pub, Stoneleigh Broadway, Stoneleigh, Epsom Surrey KT17 2JA

Date: Sat 23rd February 2019

Time: Access from Friday, from noon, or Saturday, from 11am

There will likely be some of us setting up at the pub on Friday: do come and join us for food and a beer if you have come down on Friday night!

There are a number of stalls available at The Station, but the market will only run on the Saturday. Access is either from the pub, or from the car park - there are a fair few stairs - sorry! Tables can be provided, or you may bring your own. There is a bar upstairs.

The pub car park is available for us to use, and they've kindly said if you let the pub know you are a trader, you should get free parking - hooray!

There also should be some parking in the nearby streets if you need.

THE DOWNSTAIRS MARKET

Location:  The Station pub, Stoneleigh Broadway, Stoneleigh, Epsom Surrey KT17 2JA

Date: Sat 23rd and Sun 24th February 2019

Time: Access from 11am

We should be able to set up from 11am, and settle in for a full weekend of trading.

The downstairs market (on both days) is located at The Station pub, Stoneleigh Broadway, Stoneleigh, Epsom Surrey KT17 2JA. There is a pub car park at the pub, which may be used for loading. If you let the pub know you are a trader, you should get free parking.

You may leave items in situ overnight if you wish, but please bear in mind it will be at the stallholders risk: howeverof course the door will be locked overnight.

Please feel free to advertise the event in any way you please: the more people come along on the Saturday the better! 

There is a suggested dress code for traders which is Victorian/Steampunk - and whilst dressing up is not compulsory of course, it is highly encouraged!

Stall allocation is on a first come, first served basis: we don't heavily curate the market: you are free to sell what you like, where you like - you get to choose your neighbours for the day, and locate your pitch. Gosh, a bit of freedom from the red tape, eh?

Ways to pay: Once again, we are using Eventbrite to create tickets in order to book a stall. Please select the type of stall you wish to book and purchase the ticket for the stall.

If you cannot pay digitally it is possible (but a bit of a pain) to pay using cash in advance to book a stall:

*Please bear in mind that digital payments go through first, so in order to secure a stall, it is Victorian stall rules: first come, first served!
