How to make Bajan Conkies


Would you like to learn how to make a delicious Bajan delicacy?




Conkies, a corn base Barbadian delicacy, which are traditionally made during the month of November, celebrating independence (Nov 30th). Conkies were originally made to commemorate the old British colonial celebration of Guy Fawkes Day (Nov 5th).


This workshop will give you practical step by step on how to make this delicious delicacy


All the ingredients are included in the fee

All the ingredients and the use of resources are included in the course fee

Yes - you can take away a laminated copy of the recipe so you can practice in your own time

Do I get to take the Conkies home?

Yes – you will get to take your Conkies home with you to enjoy with your family and friends
