The Trafford Leaders’ Lounge is an informal event providing the opportunity to network and build relationships with leaders from across the private, public and third sectors in Trafford.
The Leaders’ Lounge is hosted by Cllr Sean Anstee, Leader of Trafford Council and Chair of the Trafford Partnership. The Trafford Partnership brings together organisations from across the public, private and third sector to achieve a shared vision for Trafford. We want to extend this sense of a collaborative ownership of Trafford’s future by developing and maintaining senior-level relationships across the borough.
On 13th October, Manchester Airport will be the venue. Having recently announced a £1billion transformation, we will hear from the airport leadership about what this means for Trafford and how we can benefit from having a world-class international airport on our doorstep.
The Leaders’ Lounge creates a relaxed environment for Trafford’s leaders to make new contacts, share ideas and learn from each other, and enable you to raise your profile amongst other local organisations. Guests will receive complimentary drinks and canapés on arrival.
The objectives of the Trafford Leaders’ Lounge are:
To develop and maintain senior-level relationships between the leaders of Trafford’s key stakeholder organisations (private, public and third sector).
To establish a network which enables Trafford’s leaders to share ideas and learn from each other.
To enable invited organisations to raise their profile amongst other key stakeholder organisations.
To develop a sense of collaborative ownership of Trafford’s future.
The Leaders’ Lounge will take place during the evening, from 5.30pm – 7.30pm. The format of each event includes informal networking either side of a welcome speech, guest speaker and question and answer session.
