Two half days at the beginning and end and 2 full days in the middle. The course will be spread over a month (one day a week).

Description:
Plan and structure a practical skills training session including the specialist issues involved for fieldwork:
· Set clear, achievable and measurable learning objectives for a whole workshop and for individual sessions.
· Explain how adults learn, define different learning styles and be able to design training sessions that engage all styles.
· Discuss barriers to effective learning and how to overcome these, including adapting presentational techniques and teaching aids for use in the field.
· Develop differentiation and other teaching skills to cater for a range of abilities and interests within any group.
· Devise small group activities to provide learner-centred tuition.
· Run courses safely and securely for all course participants.
· Apply effective feedback to develop and motivate learners
