Train the Trainer - Wednesday 21st January 2026 10am - 1pm

This training is for Church Officers operating within the Diocese of Bath and Wells

This course is suitable for anyone interested in supporting the Diocesan Safeguarding Team by delivering Basic Awareness and Foundation training locally. It will equip you with the information and confidence to arrange and deliver training, as well as guidance on what to do next, and helpful hints from our trainers.

Training takes place in person at Flourish House, Wells and begins at 10am.

Aims of the Course

• To build confidence and provide support to Parish Safeguarding Officers and others
• To develop an understanding of how to deliver a successful learning event
• Be equiped with the available resources to deliver Basic and Foundation Courses.
