About this event
Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) is proud to present ‘Train with Transoral Incisionless Fundoplication’ in partnership with Endogastric solutions. Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) is a very common disorder with an estimated prevalence of 10-20%. A growing number of patients are seeking alternative treatments to longterm pharmacotherapy. The current, and most effective, endoscopic procedure is TIF2.0, which is performed using the EsophyX device manufactured by EndoGastric Solutions, Inc. It can be completed under a general anaesthetic as a day case procedure with excellent long-term efficacy and safety data. This annual course provides delegates with a full day of immersive teaching for use of the EsophyX device. The course includes a fantastic three-hour session dedicated to hands-on training using an animal model.
Delegates will be taught essential skills in the preparation, assembly, and technical use of the EsophyX device.
