Getting into running or showing up at a run club can be daunting, but with a bit of guidance and dicipline anyone can build up to a consistent 5km run in a matter of weeks. We're here to help with that, our personal trainers have trained to run marathons, but more importantly started where you are now. So give it a go, start with a session and see if we can help you get into it!
