Event description

Description

Planning has become an essential part of our modern working life, and creating a Business Plan is like creating a roadmap for the direction your Organisation wants to take over a set period. Planning ensures that what you do is well thought out and the best that it can be.

In addition, when you plan with your wider team or stakeholders, you can make sure that everyone is on board, knows exactly what their role is and what they need to do to make the project, or your organisation a success.

Taking time out of your busy work schedule to plan for the future will save you much more time, money and headaches in the long run, and critically, will help you create a useful framework for developing funding applications.

So speculate to accumulate, put some time aside, and make planning your friend ….. and we can help you with that!

Our training will give you more awareness of:

> the need to plan
> different kinds of plans and their uses
> jargon and terminology used in planning and evaluation
> the various stages of the planning cycle
> different commonly used planning frameworks used in Scotland

And more confidence in:

> approaching planning on an organisational level, as well as a project & event level
> defining need, outcomes and outputs within plans which can also be used for funding applications
