As women, we know we need to train, sustain and rehabilitate our bodies according to our phase of life, but often we're not sure what that should look like or where to turn for answers. In this live Zoom session, Girls on Hills will be speaking with Jo Perkins, a leading Female Health Physiotherapist and Content Creator at The Well HQ to discover more about how to train smart through peri/menopause.

Jo is excited to talk to us about the fundamentals of training as a female and her 'non negotiables' for this challenging and highly variable stage of life.

Topics will include:

> Musculoskeletal changes

> Metabolism

> Balance & stability

> Breast changes

> Female nutrition

> Female injury prevention

> A changing cycle (perimenopause)

> Training for life

We'll be quizzing Jo for all her best advice for female runners. Got lots of questions of your own? Bring them along, and we'll make time for Q&A at the end of the session.
