About this event

Doing your training and staying up to date is an important part of your volunteering role. The teams that deliver training understand how busy our volunteers are. They try to make their training as relevant and accessible as possible.

We understand that some volunteers may feel more confident than others when accessing their training. So, our Training Officer Josh Barnbrook is hosting some troubleshooting support sessions.

Josh can support you with:

  • Logging into your training account
  • Answering general training questions
  • Providing help to complete your eLearning
  • Help with using Zoom/MS Teams for training

Please note: These are separate to the End of Year Finance Training sessions delivered by the Finance Team. You can contact the Finance Team by emailing them on financesupport@mssociety.org.uk

If none of the available times for the general troubleshooting sessions are convenient, please contact us at volunteer.training@mssociety.org.uk
