It is vital that if you register your place, you attend every session as this is a 4 part workshop with limited space.  Please ensure that you are free to attend each session before booking.

18+ Female parents of children any age. This is not recommended for women who are not parents.

We do not offer childcare at these sessions so please ensure that you have sufficient childcare on the days. Breastfed babies under 1 are welcome.
