Come and join us for a Trans and Non Binary Wellbeing Workshop in the Cuningar Loop!

What will we be doing?

We will be gathering at The Bothy in the Cuningar loop for a chance to meet with friends old and new, and take a moment in the sun to focus on our wellbeing.

Inside we’ll have creative and crafty workshops, as well as some guided wellbeing practices.

Outside you’ll find opportunities to practice your eco art and join in some nature inspired wellbeing activities!

Pop along if you want to chill out and make friends, get creative, or add tools to your library of wellbeing resources.

How you will benefit from our Wellbeing Workshop:

- Meeting new trans and non binary friends who love spending time in nature too

- feel a sense of belonging in a trans and non binary wellbeing community

- Experience the relaxing wellbeing benefits of spending time in a beautiful woodland

- Have fun and boost your feel good chemicals as nature is known to reduce anxiety and increase wellbeing

-Learn new wellbeing practices

-Have fun creating crafts together and experience some Queer Joy!

Who will be facilitating these workshops?
