About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

In carrying out our Staff Surveys, our trans and non-binary colleagues have told us, through less favourable responses, that their employee experience is not always as positive as that of non-trans colleagues.

We are keen to hear about, and better understand, the experiences of our trans and non-binary colleagues to inform University strategy, policy and practice to improve trans inclusion.

As such, we have organised this listening event, which is open to all trans and non-binary staff. The event will be facilitated by Gendered Intelligence, a trans-led charity, with significant experience in this type of event and who have already been delivering trans awareness training for staff.

Your views and experiences are important and will be used to inform work to advance trans inclusion and equity, and to improve employee experience for current and future trans and non-binary colleagues.

This session will be delivered online and the link will be emailed to you separately.
