We’ll be joined by one of the staff from the Burrell for their LGBT+ history tour. We’ll have the tour to ourselves but the venue will still be in use by members of the public.
From the Burrell’s own website:
This tour will delve into the history, context and meaning behind some of our most popular objects, examining how representations of LGBTQ+ culture have always existed within art and history.
This event is only for trans, nonbinary and gender non-conforming people. Full information on where we’ll meet and what to expect will be given after sign-up.
Note only LGBTQ+ staff deliver the LGBTQ+ tour
Please note this event is for trans and nonbinary people only. Please do not book unless you are trans/nonbinary.
Who we welcome
We welcome all trans and nonbinary folks over 16, as well as people with a trans history or are exploring their gender. Anyone living in or travelling to Glasgow can join.
