Let’s take some time to discuss self-care and what it looks like and means to us.  

Self-care is more than bubble baths and candles; it’s about creating space to do what we love and care for who we are and what we need. For trans people, self-care can look different because of the unique challenges we face, from navigating dysphoria and medical systems to finding affirming community and joy.  

Join us to share what self-care looks like for you and gain tips from each other. 

About Trans+ HangOuts

Trans+ HangOuts is a twice monthly online social and community group for Trans+ people to come together and connect with one another in a safe, inclusive, informal, friendly and non-judgmental environment. We understand that the importance of meeting other Trans+ people and we want to create a safe space together to get to know each other. The group is open to anyone who is Trans+.

• From July 2025, we meet online on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month 11am-1pm
• Please try to arrive 5 minutes early. The online room closes at 11.10am
