trans+ online heart circle
Last Thursday of the month, 6.30-8.00pm, online
For those in the POC (people of colour) community who self-identify as trans, intersex, non-binary, genderqueer, gender expansive, gender nonconforming or are questioning their gender identity (18+ years old)
The session will be based on the meditative practice of the heart sharing circle, led by our experienced group facilitators.
After introductions and grounding exercises, every person in the group will be offered 5 minutes to speak freely from the heart.
The rest of the group will listen to whoever is speaking with compassion, kindness and without judgement.
Everything said in the heart circle is confidential.
This is a nurturing space in which to be witnessed by and witness others.
The session will close with grounding and sharing of supportive resources
