Event Information
About this event
TA in Coaching: 2-day retreat
Learning how to bring to life the powerful and simple tools of Transactional Analysis (TA) in coaching at the retreat will:
- Add depth, dimension and value to your client work - giving you a framework to notice and reflect powerful insights, in the moment, with your client, and for yourself.
- Increase your confidence in discussing childhood and parenthood with your client - we can sometimes prioritize safety over positive intention when not confident navigating conversations about childhood and parenthood, with limited confidence.
- Discover how to use TA to navigate conversations around child and parenthood, in personal as well as corporate work.
- Remind you of simple techniques for personal and professional reflection as a human, as a coach, and all your other roles.
- Leave you feeling rested, nourished, reflective, and energized to return to your world.
