Tammy Briggs is a Microsoft Dynamics Certified professional with over 7 years’ experience in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2016 and now Dynamics 365. Tammy provides solution demonstrations to customers, to help businesses gain an understanding of how Modern Enterprise Service Management can provide value and benefits through dashboards, forms, integration and analytic capabilities.
