My name is Ruth, and I'm here to guide you.
As a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, qualifed in energy psychology, A transformational coach, holistic therapist, healer, and musician with a passion for quantum physics, I bring the knowledge I teach to my clients in our personalised 1-1 Mind, Body and Spirit sessions to our monthly Moonchilds Tribe support group where we can really begin on our healing journey, exploring various spiritual and psychological practices that foster manifestation, healing, connectedness and personal growth.
These sessions are like no other and wrapped in the comfort and support of some really incredible women.
Our gatherings are structured into two parts: we begin with a nurturing sharing circle to connect with the feminine energy in all of us, to be heard, to connect and to not feel alone as well as the incredible support from the other women in our tribe. Please note, You do not have to share anything if you choose not to. This is a place where we support one another and so will be guided only by yourself.
This is then followed by transformative hypnotherapy sessions designed to cultivate a powerful, more balanced and of course, happier individual and community with tools for personal development.
Join us every four weeks for a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. You are not alone—it's time to find your tribe!
Also at Moonchild and The Pirate, my husband Dominic runs our mens support group, The Pirateers also on a Wedesday evening every four weeks.
We are big advocates for supporting those in sobriety and run Sexy Sober Socials as well as our facebook support group.
And we also run 1-1 therapies here at the farm in Redruth as well as online.

Hypnotherapy can be a beneficial tool for many, but there are certain individuals for whom it may not be appropriate. Here are some groups who typically should avoid hypnotherapy:
1. *Individuals with Severe Mental Illness*: Those with severe psychiatric conditions, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, may not be suitable for hypnotherapy without careful evaluation and supervision.
2. *Substance Abuse Issues*: Individuals actively struggling with substance abuse or addiction may not be ready to engage in hypnotherapy until they have received appropriate treatment.
3. *Certain Medical Conditions*: People with specific medical conditions, especially those involving seizures or certain neurological disorders, should consult their healthcare provider before considering hypnotherapy.
4. *Severe Cognitive Impairment*: Those with significant cognitive impairments or developmental disabilities may not benefit from hypnotherapy as they may struggle to understand or engage with the process.
5. *Pregnant Women*: While some pregnant women may benefit from hypnotherapy, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it’s safe for their specific situation.
6. *Individuals Uncomfortable with the Process*: Hypnotherapy requires a level of trust and willingness to engage in the process. Those who are skeptical or resistant to the idea may not find success.
7. *Certain Phobias*: Individuals with specific phobias that could lead to extreme reactions during hypnosis should approach with caution and under the guidance of a skilled practitioner.
For anyone considering hypnotherapy, it's crucial to have a thorough consultation with a qualified professional to assess individual suitability and discuss any concerns.
