Guided mediation to calm the mind and energize the body.


13:45h- 15:00h - Vinyasa Flow Yoga (75mins)
An Ashtanga Vinyasa flow for all levels of ability. Includes guided deep relaxation.


15:00h - Chai | Samosa | Chat (45mins)


15:45h - 16:30h - Conscious Reinvisioning Journaling (45 mins)
Guided prompts to reflect on your intentions and emotional well-being.


16:30h - 17:00h - Seating Visualistaion (30 mins)
A soothing yet impactful practice to quiet the mind and tap into your inner potential.

Can I still come if I have never done yoga?

Yes, it's for all ages and abilities.

Do I need a mat?

All mats, bolsters and blocks provided.

Should l tell you if I have any health issue?

Yes, a disclaimer form will be provided by email before the event. However, if you have any health issues ie high blood pressure or glaucoma check with your GP first.

Is the food suitable for Vegans?

Yes. This is a plant based.

Can I bring my children if I don't have child care

Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety and the venue, we cannot provide any childcare facilities.

What is the refund policy

Full refund 21 days in advance of the event. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded . Ticket is fully transferable to a friend or family member - just let us know.
