Transformational Accounting Repeat Session
Thu 27 April 2017, 10:00 – 12:00 BST
Many small business do accounts because they have to, and do not take much interest in them,
This is a mistake; although not part of the main business processes, producing accounts is a key supporting process for the business.
If Accounts are produced regularly and an active interest in them is taken, they can be used to develop and improve your business. Improvement means less resource and Effective Processes. Effective processes mean happy customers. Why would you NOT want to do that?
This short event looks at what Transformational Accounting means, and how to implement it.
The nature of Process Improvement will be discussed, as well as why acccounting data should be useful, and why it is OFTEN Not. As part of this, if time allows we will look at the famous "Red Bead Experiment" of Dr W.E. Deming.
Delegates registered before 14th April will be able to request subjects for inclusion on the day.
