Transformational Breathwork Journey
Strap in for a rollercoaster ride of transformational breathwork like no other. There will be tears. There will be laughter. There will be screams, shouts cries and just about every emotion possible as they are gently brought to the surface. This is your chance to get it all out in just 2 hours, and leave feeling grounded, present, confident and focused.
We will be using the combined power of the Breath, Sound and Neuro Linguistic Programing to safely take you to your very edge, to explore what has been, what is, and what can be.
You can go as deep as you like. The choice is always yours. We do not force, we lead and invite. But the deeper you dare, the deeper the transformation. How deep will you go?
As part of this event you will learn the art of interoception and down regulation to help you in your every day life.
Doors open at 6.30pm. Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in.
You will need:
- A Yoga mat and /or blanket.
- Something to rest your head on.
- A blindfold / eye mask (optional)
- A drinking bottle or drink (your mouth will be very dry at times.)

This is a highly charged, emotionally deep journey designed to take you to you, comfortably, to your emotional edge. You may experience tears, shouting, laughter, euphoria and traumatic release. By the end of the session you will feel, grounded, present and highly focused.
You can open your eyes and return to your normal breathing pattern at any time. You are not pushed to your edge, but invited and lead towards it. Its your choice how deep you go. But the deeper you go, the more transformational the journey will be.
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is ideal.
You will need a Yoga Mat & or blanket. Something to rest your head on. An eye mask / blindfold (if you prefer) and a water / drinks bottle (your mouth will become very dry at times).
Yes. Pregnant women, those with COPD or extreme or unmanaged breathing issues should not attend. Breathwork is unsuitable for those with Bi-polar disorder, PTSD and other severe mental health conditions.
