My name is Alex, and I am an experienced practitioner blending psychology, somatic techniques, and breathwork. These sessions are designed to help you explore deep into your inner-self. With years of experience helping people break through mental and emotional blocks, I’ll guide you safely through the process and help you reconnect to your true power.

Who is this session for?

If you feel wired, wound up, or stuck in your head. If you're holding anger, stress, or a sense of pressure that won't shift. If you're craving clarity, calm, or a powerful reset that hits deeper than anything you've tried before — this is for you.

Can anyone participate?

This session is suitable for everyone 18+, but requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution, your host advises against participation during pregnancy, or if you're epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional.

Do I need to bring anything?

On the day, we advise you to eat light before attending. Mats and blankets will be provided, bring your own if your prefer. Please also make sure that you have a journal and something to write with, comfortable clothing, and an open mind!
