How do I join the call?

A one time registration is required and then a Zoom link will be emailed to you, which you can use on any Tuesday. The passcode is engage.  By request of the community reminders are also sent out, but you can unsubscribe from these at any time.

Do I have to speak or be coached live?

Not at all. You’re welcome to simply listen and absorb. Many attendees find value just by observing the conversations and hearing other people’s insights. There’s no pressure to participate until you feel ready.

Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, it’s completely free - no strings attached. This is part of Paul’s mission to create accessible spaces for personal development. If you find it valuable and want to go deeper, there are other coaching options available, but there’s absolutely no obligation.

How long is each session?

Sessions usually last between 60 to 90 minutes. You’re free to stay for as long or as little as you’d like - just turn up, tune in, and take what you need.

What happens during the session?

Each session is attendee-led, meaning we explore whatever topics are brought to the space - from mindset, stress and self-sabotage, to relationships, business, money blocks and beyond. There’s no set agenda. Bring your questions, challenges or goals - and let’s explore them together.

Do I need any previous coaching experience?

Not at all. Whether you're just starting your personal development journey or you've been doing this work for years, Transformational Tuesdays is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What if I can’t make it every week?

That’s absolutely fine. Come when you can. There’s no attendance requirement - just an open invitation to return whenever you need a boost, insight or reminder of who you really are.

What should I bring?

Just yourself - exactly as you are. Maybe a notebook and pen if you’d like to jot down insights, and an open mind. Comfortable clothes, a cuppa and some quiet space will help too.

Can I pay for the coaching or contribute in some way?

Many visitors leave the session with a full heart and a clear mind - and sometimes ask if they can “buy me a coffee.” That’s always appreciated, but never expected. This is a free community space, offered with no agenda, no pressure an no expectations.

Can I invite a friend who might benefit?

Absolutely! If you know someone who would benefit from this space - a friend, colleague or loved one - please ask them to register and I’ll make sure they receive the Zoom link and a warm welcome into the community.

It's a FREE, weekly online MINDSET COACHING session. It’s a supportive, no-pressure space for real conversations, inner breakthroughs and powerful personal growth. There are NO obligations, you can simply listen or participate by asking questions around  any area of importance in your life.
