What is Transformative Yoga Nidra?

Online Yoga Nidra sessions are guided relaxation sessions to help you to go meditative state of deep relaxation and healing. It is considered that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restful as 4 hours of conventional sleep. It's a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation creating a state of mind in-between wakefulness and dreaming; also known as 'Conscious Sleep'.

Venetia is an highly qualified practitioner with 30 years of experience. She is the manager and practitioner at a Wellness Clinic in Minehead and is now offering a variety of online courses and sessions. Venetia's empowering sessions are to help you to feel more balanced, resilent, less stressed, peaceful and positive - mentally, physically and emotionally.

Zoom Transformative Yoga Nidra Evening Sessions

In the comfort of your own home you can take this opportunity to have some valuable time out to unwind and balance after your day; helping you to feel more relaxed in yourself, reduce anxiety and stress, and prepare you for a deeper better night's sleep. These sessions will involve Venetia gently guiding you step-by-step through deep relaxations and healings.

Sessions last 30 / 40 mins this involves your meditative relaxation with some preparation and completion time.

You will need space to lie down and relax, or sit if that is easier for you, away from noise and distractions. You do not need any experience in relaxations as you will be guided step by step.
