Description

Event Details:

People strategy and culture are critical factors in successful strategy implementation. This seminar offers academic and practitioner perspectives on leading the people strategy and culture transformation and the role of strategic leadership in the process. The audience will have an opportunity to hear about experience of the CHRO in leading the transformation through organisational design, workforce planning, inclusive culture and effective HR support in the world's largest broadcasting organisation - BBC.

This is the seventh in a series of "From Research to Practice" seminars jointly organised by Kingston Business School and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The key feature of these seminars is that they bring together academic experts from Kingston University and leading practitioners.
