Join us to examine the progress so far and plans for delivery of the key investments under the research and development programme of the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund for Transforming Construction. This event will provide valuable insight in to the breadth and depth of the programme as well as identify opportunities for further activity / development.

We will have an update from the Challenge Director on the overall programme followed by quick-fire presentations from the twenty plus project teams under the first round of the Collaborative R&D programme. This will be followed by presentations on the four Research Leaders projects and the Network Plus. We are expecting delegates from the Transforming Construction ‘family' including the Construction Leadership Council, the Construction Innovation Hub, the Active Building Centre along with BEIS, UKRI Innovate UK, Construction Scotland Innovation Centre, i3P and the Knowledge Transfer Network.

After a morning of presentations we will use the afternoon for an orchestrated networking session, to enable teams to interact and gain a better understanding of projects of interest and explore further opportunities for collaboration. There will be an opportunity to have 1:1’s with the Challenge delivery team.

We expect interest in attending this event to be very high but spaces will be limited, so we urge you to register early with an expression of interest in attending. We will be limiting attendance to two people from each project team or organisation to allow for one representative to be based at their project station and the other to circulate to others, whilst maintaining a manageable number of delegates. Therefore where you are part of a project team with multiple organisations please agree before applying which two candidates would make the best delegates.

Registration will close on Tuesday 4 June and we will notify delegates of acceptance/rejection shortly after.
