Although we all want to be happy in relationships, often our personal and professional relationships become unstable, conflicted, and a source of anxiety and frustration. This course will explore how by applying ancient Buddhist mind-training techniques, we can develop a wise and compassionate mind that allows us to respect and care for others fully without pain, fear, or conflict.
