Do you offer bursary tickets for your events?

We offer bursary places for carers. To enquiry about a bursary place, please contact youngcarers@carers.org.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be partially refunded up to 7 days before the event via Eventbrite. As ticketing fees and VAT costs are non-refundable, we will need to deduct those costs from the total ticket price. Please get in touch with events@carers.org for further information.

Question 3

Can I transfer my ticket to a different attendee?

Accepted Answer

You can transfer your ticket to another person until Wednesday 18 September at 5pm if you are unable to attend. Please get in touch with events@carers.org for further information.

Question 4

Can I pay by invoice?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to accept payments by invoice for this event. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Question 5

How do I join this online event?

Accepted Answer

A link to join the online conference will be sent to all attendees a week before the event. If you haven't received your joining instructions by Monday 23 September, please contact events@carers.org for further information.

Question 6

Will a recording of this event be available after the conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a recording of the event will be shared with all ticket-holders after the conference. We also hope to be able to share presentation slides after the event, depending on speaker's approval.
