Transforming Self-Limiting Beliefs Using CBT and Solution-Focused Tools
Overview
This experiential workshop is designed for professional therapists and helping practitioners who support clients in identifying and transforming self-limiting stories, thoughts, and beliefs that maintain emotional distress and restrict growth.
Drawing on evidenced -based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, participants will explore how personal narratives are formed, maintained and how they can be reshaped.
Through practical and reflective exercises and the use of case examples, therapists will be given tools to help their clients recognise unhelpful narratives, challenge rigid belief systems and co-create more flexible, compassionate and empowering stories.
