Transforming the Economy with Space in the East of England

The Space Sector in the East of England is thriving. Advancements within Telecoms, Radar, Earth Observation, Planetary Exploration, ISAM and beyond are all being driven by industry and academia from across region. However in these times of significant global economic and competative pressures how resilient are the region's underpinning technology supply chains? Are they able to continue to deliver value at the scale and timescales required by customers or are their fundamental capacity or funding limitations that need to be addressed?

Through workshop panel discussions attended by senior industry figures, Space East in partnership with Cranfield University will be exploring these questions and seeking innovative solutions. There will also be an opportunity to network and to see a number of Cranfield's world leading research laboratories.
