Transforming Trauma Using Creativity

Do you lack confidence and coping skills? Have you had difficult past experiences including abuse and trauma? Then Join us at Harmony Hall for a women-only dynamic and hands on workshop to explore how art, drama and voice/poetry-work can be a powerfult tool in transitioning from trauma.

This dynamic event will feature team building as well as therapeutic sessions using art, drama, voice and/or poetry. Whether you're a survivor, a caregiver, or simply curious about the topic, this event welcomes all women who wish to learn and grow in a safe environment.

Led by an experienced workshop leader, educator and musician Virginia Firnberg and supported by professional art, drama and transformational coaches/therapists.
