Andy is the CEO and Founder of Fermtech, an Oxford-based company dedicated to revolutionising food production to address the climate crisis. With a background in biology and entrepreneurship, NutriFerm, their flagship product, is a nutritious, affordable protein with no agricultural footprint. It is created through a fermentation process that uses spent grains from breweries. This promotes circularity while producing biogas for energy, enabling zero-carbon protein production.
