Are you ready to make the leap into secondary school? Join us for an interactive workshop designed especially for Year 6 children, where we'll explore the journey of transition together.

During this small group session, we'll delve into:

🌟 Understanding Transition: What does it mean when something ends and new beginnings unfold? Together, we'll navigate the twists and turns of transitions.

😟 Common Worries: Feeling nervous about the big move to secondary school? You're not alone. We'll address common worries and uncertainties surrounding the transition process.

💪 Coping Strategies: Learn effective coping strategies to tackle worries and anxiety head-on. From breathing exercises, reflexology hand massage tricks, to positive self-talk, we'll explore techniques that empower and support you during times of change.

Led by experienced practitioners, this workshop provides a safe space for children to express their feelings, share experiences, and gain valuable insights as they prepare for the next chapter in their academic journey.

Note: This workshop is exclusively for Year 6 children.
