Welcome to Transitioning to primary school.
Join Bristol Parent Carers and Sarah Swann (Senior Portage and Inclusion Specialist from the Early Years Inclusion Team) on 22nd Oct at 7PM for this supportive workshop to help you support your child as they transition to Primary School.
In this session, we will cover:
- How to navigate the shift from pre-school to Primary education, providing your family with the tools to help ensure a more seamless transition
- Ways to work with your child's school
- Ongoing support
- And much more.
Places are free, but if you're able to make a small donation to help us continue offering free sessions to as many families as possible, we’d be incredibly grateful.
*Please note, to attend this session you must live in Bristol (your bin will be collected by Bristol City Council), or your child must attend a school in the Bristol city area. You must also have a child with Special Educational Needs, but they do not need to have a diagnosis.
