Transitioning to Secondary or College

Who is it for:

This workshop is for parents/carers of autistic young people who are beginning to prepare for transition to secondary school. This workshop is also for parents/carers of autistic young people who are beginning to prepare for transition to college.

The workshop will last 1 hour and includes a presentation and time for answering questions.

Transition times can be extremely stressful for autistic children and young people. With the right support and interventions you can enable successful transitions to secondary school or college and help prevent exclusions and autistic young people struggle to adapt to a new setting.
