About this event

Planning for life after school can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Join us for an evening designed to bring together the wide range of people and organisations who support young people with additional support needs as they move into adulthood.

You’ll find:

Information stands from colleges, training providers, health & social care teams, voluntary organisations, and community groups.

Practical advice on education, employment, benefits, and social opportunities.

Friendly faces – from small grassroots groups to larger services – all working together to support young people and their families.

This event is free and open to both parents and young people (14–18). Everyone is welcome, whether you’re just starting to think about transitions or already exploring options.
