About this event

Transitions - Ink & Intuition Day Retreat

Slow down. Breathe deeply. Create intentionally.

Join us for a grounding and creative day retreat held in the serene setting of the Community Orchard at St Ann’s Allotments, one of Nottingham’s most beautiful hidden gems. Inspired by the beauty of seasonal transitions, this experience is perfect for anyone seeking space to pause, reset and express.

Led by Alana (@movewithalana_) and Kayleigh (@kds_calligraphy), this retreat invites you to pause and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breathwork, modern calligraphy, and journaling.

This is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting as we guide you through various activities to help you navigate life's transitions. No artistic experience required - just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. Let your creativity flow and your intuition guide you on this transformative journey. Don't miss out on this opportunity to pause, reflect, and grow.

See you there!
