Post-Transplant Café is an informal meeting where patients and families/carers have the opportunity to meet with their peers within the Kidney Transplant Service.

Patients will meet with others who share similar experiences of living with a kidney transplant, along with hearing from guest speakers such as dieticians, surgeons, pharmacists and more.

All kidney transplant patients (including kidney & pancreas recipients), along with family & friends are welcome to join us for a chat.

Meetings are taking place virtually at present due to Covid-19.
