About this event
Join us for Level 2 Trauma Club for 6-week, in depth, face-to-face- trauma recovery workshop, guided by two experienced, BACP-accredited counsellors, designed to support you on a journey of healing and growth. In a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space, you'll connect with others who have faced similar challenges, building a supportive community that will nurture you on your healing journey. Through in-depth psychoeducation, you'll gain insights into the effects and impact of trauma, expanding your self-awareness so you can understand the roots of behaviours and symptoms that may be negatively impacting your life. Together, we’ll gently explore your personal journey of trauma, identify limiting beliefs and behaviours and introduce new, effective strategies and coping mechanisms to empower you in daily life. This intimate group allows you to move at your own pace, “you do you,” and set personal goals and intentions for your unique healing journey. Every Thursday 6pm-9pm, starting 18th September 2025, at The Royal Exchange. The price per person is £240 for the whole six weeks (18 hours of group work) this is the lowest cost feasible to cover room rental, refreshments etc. We wanted the sessions to be a space for education and healing, accessible to everyone.
